Car rental conditions

Renter Requirements:

Minimum age: 25 years.
Minimum driving experience: 3 years.

Mandatory Documents for Individuals::

Passport.
Driver’s license.

Mandatory Documents for Legal Entities:

Details for car rental agreements.
Certificate of legal entity registration (copy).
Power of attorney from your organization granting the right to sign vehicle rental agreements.
Passport and driver’s license of the person who will be operating the vehicle.

Booking a Car:

You need to send photos of your passport (main page and registration) and driver’s license (both sides).
You can send photos via email: aaacr.me@gmail.com or through WhatsApp/Viber.
During peak demand periods, an advance payment may be required, and prices may be subject to change (please inquire by phone).

Payment Conditions:

Payment is made in cash at the time of receiving the car, by Visa/MasterCard, or by bank transfer.
A deposit is made upon receiving the car and is returned after the car is returned without fines.
The deposit amount depends on the type of car.

Responsibility:

All cars are insured, but the renter is fully financially responsible in the following cases:
- Violation of the rental agreement terms or failure to provide an accident report.
- Road traffic accident (RTA) or damage to the car. The renter must provide a police report. If the renter is not at fault in the RTA, their responsibility is limited to the deposit. If the renter is at fault in the RTA or the fault is unknown, their responsibility is 200 euros per damaged car element.
- Tire repair at the renter’s expense. If you need car towing, you can order a tow truck using the appropriate link.

Additional Rental Conditions:

Car Return Delay:

The first 10 minutes of delay are free.
Each additional hour of delay is charged at a rate of 30% of the daily rental price.
If the car return is delayed more than 1 hour, the payment is made at the daily rental rate.

Car Condition Upon Return: The car must be returned clean and with a full fuel tank. If the car is returned in a dirty condition, the customer pays a 50 euro cleaning fee.

Minimum Rental Period: The minimum car rental period is 1 day (24 hours from the moment of receipt).

Multiple Drivers: When renting a car with multiple drivers, you need to provide documents (photos) for each of them during the contract registration.

No Smoking: Smoking in “AAA Car Rental” cars is prohibited. A fine of 100 euros is imposed for smoking violations.

Extending Rental Period: If you plan to extend the rental period, you need to notify “AAA Car Rental.” In the case of no notice and car reservation for other customers, you will need to return the car on time or exchange it for another one.

Traveling Abroad: You can travel abroad with “AAA Car Rental” cars. When booking a car, you need to inform the operator of your intention to use the car abroad. When using the car abroad, there is a mileage limit of 300 km per day. If you exceed the mileage limit, each kilometer is charged at 1 euro.

Car Delivery: When booking a car, you can specify the place of its delivery. The cost of delivering a car within the city starts from 10 euros. Delivery to the “Tivat” and “Podgorica” airports costs 50 euros.

Rental Price Calculation:

1 day: 100 euros
2-3 days: 90 euros per day
4-7 days: 80 euros per day
8+ days: 70 euros per day

The car rental price depends on the selected rental period. For example, if you rent a car for 29 days but plan to pay every 5 days, the rental price will be 80 euros per day. If you return the car early, the rental cost is recalculated based on the actual car usage. For example, if you rent a car for 8 days at a rate of 70 euros per day but return it 5 days early, the rental cost will be recalculated at the 2-3 day rate, which is 90 euros per day. If you rent a car for 2 days at a rate of 90 euros per day and decide to extend the rental for 2 more days, the cost of the extension will be calculated based on the 2-3 day rate, which is 90 euros per day. If you rent a car for 4 days at a rate of 80 euros per day and decide to extend the rental for 1 day, the cost of the extension remains at 80 euros per day, according to the initial rate.
